Larry Walters – an Inspiring Person … ?
“A man can’t just sit around.” Larry Walters
In mid-1982, Walters attached 45 eight-foot (2.4 m) weather balloons filled with helium to a lawn chair, put on a parachute, and strapped himself into the chair in the backyard of a home in San Pedro. He took his pellet gun, a CB radio, sandwiches, beer, and a camera. When his friends cut the cord that tied his lawn chair to his Jeep, Walters’s lawn chair rose rapidly to a height of about 16,000 feet (4,900 m) and was spotted from two commercial airliners in their approach to land at LAX — which resulted in an interesting exchange with Air Traffic Control.

Isaac Newton (1643-1727)

Sir Isaac Newton – multi-faceted Scientist
“he has been called “the greatest scientific genius the world has known.” Yet he spent less time on science than on theology”.
“The mathematician Joseph-Louis Lagrange said that
Newton was the greatest genius who ever lived, and once added that Newton was also “the most fortunate, for we cannot find more than once a system of the world to establish.“[106] ”English poet Alexander Pope wrote the famous epitaph:
Nature and nature’s laws lay hid in night;
God said “Let Newton be” and all was light.
Now some quotes attributed to Isaac Newton:
Atheism is so senseless.
When I look at the solar system,
I see the earth at the right distance from the sun to receive the proper amounts of heat and light.
This did not happen by chance.A Heavenly Master governs all the world as Sovereign of the universe. We are astonished at Him by reason of His perfection, we honor Him and fall down before Him because of His unlimited power. From blind physical necessity, which is always and everywhere the same, no variety adhering to time and place could evolve, and all variety of created objects which represent order and life in the universe could happen only by the willful reasoning of its original Creator, Whom I call the Lord God.
Live your life as an Exclamation rather than an Explanation
